FOR GUESTS WITH PETS

Customers with pets should inform the staff.

  • ・Dogs weighing less than 25 kilograms and standing less than 55 centimetres tall are permitted in the park when accompanied by a guest.
  • ・Cats, rabbits, and reptiles must be kept in carriers and are not allowed to roam freely in the park.
  • ・Please keep your dogs on a non-extendable lead and do not let go of the lead.
  • ・Do not permit your dogs to bark at or come into contact with any of the park’s animals.
  • ・Please don’t tie leads to trees, fences, etc.
  • ・Customers must clean up after their dogs.

Rules

  1. 1. Dog owners must ensure that their dogs are under control, using a lead that is not damaged or defective, and keeping any other pets in an undamaged and non-defective carrier when in the park.
  2. 2. The park shall not be held responsible for paying damages for any injuries or deaths of pets that occur in the park due to accidents or other causes or if pets escape and cannot be captured. If a pet’s behaviour harms other guests, park exhibits, or facilities, the owner and the park will discuss the matter according to the law.
  3. 3. All visitors, including those with pets and members of the general public, are asked to be considerate of each other so that everyone can enjoy the park. In case of a dispute between guests, the park will take necessary measures at its discretion.
  4. 4. As the park is situated in a natural setting, pet owners are encouraged to ensure their pets receive appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments beforehand.
